Our greatest sympathies are with you. I know that nothing we can say will take the loss away. Just know that JeePee is now with friends and fellow collectors and Master Distillers of the past. He is probably sitting back having a drink with all of them and getting all the questions we have always pondered answered.

Mr. Baker and JeePee are sharing a nice long rock in rocking chairs,,,,,,,Talking about Lynchburg!!


There are people in our lives that touch us so deeply
Sometimes those people we have never met,
However feel as if we have known them all our lives,
JeePee was one of these people for Chris and myself.

We did see him at the last BBQ he was at,
However did not know him at that point,
And we really wish that we had.

It sometimes is hard to let go of those that mean so much to you.
But we all know that he is in a better place, and we will see him again.
The members of this forum, are by far the best people on the planet,
and all of us feel the pain of this,  but we have so many GOOD memories of such
a wonderful, caring, fantastic individual.  

His goofy responses, His inspired "thumbs up" pics, and his love of not only Jack, but all those involved with Jack ....
will not be forgotten....

Judith-  May God be with you through this difficult time.  At times you will feel alone, but just remember YOU are a member of this family also.  And you can always depend on us.  We are all here for you, and we will all cry with you, and we will all remember and laugh with you.  
You have been an extremely strong woman through the last few years, and you will continue to be that strong woman.  Just know that we are all here, we all love you so very much... and we have been so deeply touched by the both of you....

JeePee will hold a special place in our hearts... and though we never actually met him face to face... we are proud to have known him.

Jeepee was an inspiration, and it was my pleasure to meet him last year at the Dolphin.
I will hopefully be at the Dolphin later today, and will surely raise a toast in Jeepee's memory.

Judith, I never met JeePee in person, he nominated me into the Forum
and I was thankful to him for that. Iwas hoping to meet him at the BBQ
this year, but now see, that won't happen. He was a fountain of knowledge
when it came to JD, and has helped me quite a few times. He will be
missed by his forum family. All I can do is to express my most
sincere condolences to you and your family.

Hello JD Family,

I have no idea how to tell this to you all............

Saterday evening JeePee's condition was getting worse.
This morning the doctors told us that he couldn't win the fight.
There became a lot of complications and there was no change to recover anymore.
At 4:00pm the nurse took a last bloodsample to see if there was any progress, but there wasn't.
Then the doctors decieded to stop the treatment.

Today, may 10th on 6:07 pm local time JeePee past away in peace, with his family around him.

I want to thank everybody for your sympathy, thumbs up pics and candle burning.
It's gonna be a very hard time.And it's difficult to realize that he is really gone. He is leaving a big empty spot in my and my family's life.

For now i have nothing left to say......

I will keep in touch with you all.
